There's so much fusion and new trends when it comes to sushi, it just keeps you hooked for more. Love that there are so many different little places run by Japanese families and they all have something special in their menu. I ate the most bizarre and delicious things when I was there!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06810407350469299300noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2813875472323991332.post-86587802444953896202009-10-23T11:24:27.519+02:002009-10-23T11:24:27.519+02:00Your sushi remind me of the one I used to eat in L...Your sushi remind me of the one I used to eat in LA all the time. ^0^Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03596433313517312910noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2813875472323991332.post-24522482639809793722009-10-06T17:32:05.856+02:002009-10-06T17:32:05.856+02:00Actually, I did wonder what would be best, i/o or ...Actually, I did wonder what would be best, i/o or not and technically, this was actually better because dropping an i/o into tempura batter would be both messy and oily. This was proven when I noticed that some of the rice that was exposed at the sides, started to crumble when put in the tempura. There might be a way to make that, but for now, I'll leave it to the experts.
The tamago came out delicious btw!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06810407350469299300noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2813875472323991332.post-52437093195490720392009-10-06T16:57:06.710+02:002009-10-06T16:57:06.710+02:00cool! i think it would've come out even better...cool! i think it would've come out even better if you did it as an i/o roll. i find it usually makes things easier when you want to wrap the roll with something..

how did the tamago come out? :D

only reason i'm not dead jealous right now is because i'm probably going to the Frame tonight...Ronihttp://ronchu.livejournal.com/noreply@blogger.com
